At Bad & Boujee Beauty, we want you to feel confident in your glow, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products. Due to the hygienic nature of beauty items, we cannot accept returns on products that have been unsealed or used.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive back to our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
